Projects
Projects are the primary way to organize media in Captionator.
Creating a Project
Each project has:
- Name -- a descriptive title
- Description -- optional context
- Prompt -- default captioning instructions
- Statuses -- custom workflow statuses (e.g., Needs Review, Approved)
- Shares -- team access controls
Project Settings
You can customize:
- Predefined crop sizes for consistent output
- Ratings scales for quality assessment
- Tag taxonomies for organization
Organizing Media
Within a project, media is organized in a flat list. Use tags, statuses, and filters to manage large collections.
